Using this site
This site describes the services of Rockwell Design Studio and invites enquiries about them. You are welcome to read it, quote from it with attribution, and submit the form in good faith. Please do not attempt to interfere with it, submit the form automatically, or use it to send anything unlawful.
Prices on this site are real, and they are still estimates
The rates and packages published here are the actual prices work is quoted from, and they are shown so you can budget before speaking to anyone. They are not a binding offer: what a specific project costs depends on its scope, and that scope is agreed in writing before any work starts.
An estimate given in writing holds for 30 days. Availability is first-come, and a start date is reserved by the deposit rather than by the estimate.
What an engagement is governed by
Any actual project is governed by the signed proposal or contract for that project — including its scope, payment schedule, revision allowance and ownership terms. Where anything on this page differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement is what applies.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, accounting or tax advice, and it should not be relied on as any of those. Design and technical recommendations made here are general; recommendations for your particular situation come out of an engagement, not a web page.
Ownership of this site's content
The writing, design, code, logo and images on this site belong to Damien Komala, except where a third party's name or mark is used to describe work done for or with them. Project names and marks mentioned in the work section belong to their respective owners and appear here descriptively.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. It is maintained carefully and checked before changes go live, but no guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from relying on the information published here rather than on a written scope. Nothing in this paragraph limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
